A man commits suicide because of poverty

A middle aged man identified as Adamu Balarabe has

committed suicide in Kano state.

A neigbhour who saw Adamu when he stabbed himself yesterday afternoon raised an alarm that caught the attention of police.

Adamu was pulled out of the well located in  Rijiyar Zaki Quarters , Ungogo LGA of Kano but died shortly while receiving treatment at Murtala Mohammed Specialist Hospital.

Balare a father of 12 is said to have been unemployed since 2006 when his first wife died.
