Beyoncé Tops Forbes’ List Of Highest-Earning Women In Music

Queen Bey snags another coveted title as she tops
Forbes’ list of highest-earning women in the music industry.
Beyoncé tops the 2017 list that was released on Monday. The singer leads the way for the highest-paid women in music, with a whopping $105 million pretax. She is the only person on that list to cross the eight-figure milestone.
The list’s sums and ranking are based on pretax income during June 1, 2016 through June 1, 2017. Coming in second place is Adele, whose earning stand at roughly two-thirds of Beyoncé’s at $69 million dollars. Taylor Swift ($44 million), who ranked third missed out on the income from her new album reputation, the best-selling music release of 2017 being factored into this year’s list. Celine Dion ($42 million), and Jennifer Lopez ($38 million) came in at fourth, and fifth, place respectively.
